FYI, I reloaded for a half position @ 5.80 on Friday. Kind of a peculiarly neglected situation. I calculate, it's only selling for 4.5X enterprise value on Phase I cash flow, and a mere 2.5X EV/cf on I and II. That's way too cheap for this property, and doesn't even count the diamond prospects.
