I'm in favor of laws against perjury and obstruction.

Clinton was cleared by the Senate, and every prosecutor who looked at his case declined to charge him.

Remember investigators looked at Bush's Harkin trades, didn't charge him and therefore he was cleared?

Therefore Clinton too was cleared of perjury and obstruction.

I thought he should've resigned when the whole thing came out.
