Enjoyed your story, Janice. Sorry I came on too strong. I guess the thing that drives me is my perception that you possess a sincere belief that there is no substance in the Gospel. There is a transendent reality in Jesus that opens your heart to dimensions and worlds unknown to the unregenerated heart. It's like standing at the edge of the grand canyon on a clear and sunny day and trying to expalin to a blind person the spectacular panorama before your eyes. Without Christ, we live in a world of "intelluctual" and spiritual poverty. I say intellectual because the very things you hope to achieve through intellectual pursuit becomes yours without effort when you become a child of God filled with His Holy Spirit. It permits you to see and know what you can never know through effort and academic intellectual enlightenment. Regards Emile
