The companies that use energy cost as an excuse two quarters ago, surely could have used this excuse last quarter. I guess it would be embarsing to utilize energy as your excuse, have the price of oil drop 20% the current quarter, then lose just as much money. Went through the earnings report of 4 plastic/chemical companies. It is interesting how they stop ponding the table even though last quarter energy cost were higher than the previous quarter. Flint
