I think there has been some nice things happening here. The company is expanding and has diversified its customer list. Revenues from continuing operations seem also to be starting to improve as they start to deliver on their design wins. Just based on the continued drain on earnings that the lcos division would seem to be, splitting them off seems like a good idea in the short term but long term I am not sure. This will probably unlock some of the short term potential in share price appreciation. Questions that I have-the future of the company was supposed to be the lcos division and was going to be tied into all the things the company did in the future-what happened to change this or was it purely to unlock the share price potential which may mean short term benefit but long term growth issues? Acquistions are nice but from my position, it is difficult to say how appropriate they are and if we as shareholders are getting our moneys worth. I guess time will tell. Disappointing that we don't have any of the big tv manufacturers signed up with tfs lcos. Hopefully 3m's influence here can be helpful and it would be nice if we could see some contracts being signed here. I don't have a clue as to how the stocks will perform once the company is split so I have a sit and wait strategy to see how things unfold. I am hoping for improvement in both but I don't know. Biggest and most important question, is management up to the task with all the changes that are occuring here? I don't take as dim a view as many of the posters on the yahoo board but management has taken a big plate of things to eat-I am hoping that we digest this plate well and don't have too much indigestion.
