QTRN: An important question of course because the longer it takes, the worse the (annualized) rate of return to buyers.

I've not seen company estimates for deal closure. My guess is within next 60 to 90 days. We're already three weeks into what SHOULD be a straight-forward deal. There'll be no surprises to the acquirer from the company because the acquirer is the biggest insider (founder and chairman). Financing commitments OUGHT to already have been lined up. I don't see any regulatory issues which would delay approval.

Filings, mailings, voting, schedule meeting, and done.

But one never knows.
