"One blockbuster approved drug" biotechs seem to be around 5-8 billion in market capitalization, eg. BGEN, MEDI (before flu-mist), IMNX (before takeover) and IDPH, and shoot up to 15-18 billion during periodic biotech bubbles. So ICOS has room to go. Incidentally, I see close to 20 billion for Genentech (DNA), not 6.
