I know exactly where I bought and sold what, I was simply pointing out that you have no way of knowing that information so your comments to me about what I do or have done in the market are completely without basis just like your comment about what I know about the uses of gold. I made a pile in PMs. I never let my prejudice get in the way of making money.

Oh I completely understand what 'value add' is, and what your defining as 'value add' was, make absolutely no mistake about that.

Sure you do.

Then you understand that if for some reason gold were to disappear, be "undiscovered" somehow never to have existed, it would simply be replaced by something else that was "precious". It's simply an exchange medium, what we call money and money can be and has been any number of things.

Now take the wheel and disappear that. You have a modern life that looks different in the extreme.
