Well then if you remember my discussion of WEBX you also remember that I thought it had a downside risk of 7-9 and that the R/R was considerably better at a lower level. You do remember that part or have you conveniently forgotten it? Here's a refresher:

"One could still say the risk reward would be considerably better at say 13-15, not only because it makes that possible upside gain to 26 look better but a buy at that level significantly reduces the downside risk of 7 to 9. Looking at the historical volatility it's an even bet that the price would fluctuate down to that buy point, especially if this pull back accelerates. This is why if you see something "over valued" it still pays to investigate thoroughly. I put companies like that on my wish list and because I always hold a lot of cash I can deploy it in the event that opportunity presents itself. If you don't know what it's worth you don't have sufficient conviction to go in and buy when the opportunity presents itself. It's easy to get scared off by the price action. Price is almost always wrong in the short term but it's deadly accurate over long time frames."

If I speak highly of EBAY as a company it does not in any way mean that I'm making a recommendation to buy it or sell it. Is that clear enough for you or do I have to put a boiler plate disclosure statement for everyone to do their own dd into all of my posts so that people like you don't misinterpret a side remark about a company to be a recommendation to buy?

If you review my posts you will find very few individual companies mentioned and you will almost never see a recommendation to buy or sell. There is a good reason for that, I do this for a living, it's not appropriate for me to discuss buying and selling in public. I tell people every single day what to buy and sell but I do it with full knowledge of their investment goals, risk profile and assets. You have to ask yourself what is it that people here on SI gain from making public statements about what they are buying and selling. Nothing.
