you don't need a release if you didn't do anything criminal That is not true. Liability can arise from negligence or other improper acts that might fail to rise to the level of criminality. And, no, I do not hold out much hope that your hero will be prosecuted for any crimes. You should ask your hero why he is so eager to give up half of Loral's claim (up from 22% in the prior deal that fell through) if he has done nothing improper, criminal or otherwise. I have done quite well on net with my Globalstar trades, as an analysis of my contemporaneous posts would show. But I do thank you for your sincere concern for my family's welfare.
