G'afternoon.
As a netpicks subscriber, I have, to state the obvious, realised that to come close to replicating their outstanding results,it will be necessary to USE THEIR SYSTEM.
You've probably seen the phrase "All trading rules apply" in their advisories.Unfortunately, not all of us can be in front of real time information all day and so we must expect to occasionally miss out on some of the moves that "Netpicks" catches.
When I am able to watch the markets real time, I find the realtime option quotes($2, yes $2, a month)service from PC Quote Marketsmarthttp://www.pcquote.com/ms/msjump.html
comes in useful, although it is a reload button situation.
I see that you are aggressively pursuing the "broker" situation;(Benjamin and Jerrold 800-446-5112).I have been using Pacific Brokerage Services, always limit orders and of course missed some good ones, so I am certainly interested in the results of your search.
The bottom line, IMHO, is that we must duplicate their percentage portfolio allocations if we don't want to play with 10 grand at any given time and somehow achieve a near "real time watch" situation with a compliant broker( pretty obvious, right?)
