In my previous post I took issue with you on two points. Your reason for Gore losing the election and the racist, or at least insensitive, manner in which you discussed "Wasps" and "Jews". I did not attack your right to speak your mind , but I did ponder about the possibility of your having an agenda, and perhaps a racist one at that.
You're conjecture about Lieberman losing the election for Gore was so off the wall that I truly wondered if you lived in this country. It's the first time I've ever heard that explanation for Gore's very close defeat. That is, blaming his running mate, Joseph Lieberman, who is of the Jewish faith.
You made a veiled reference to Mr. Lieberman's Jewish faith was when you said, "Now Mr. Lieberman is "trying" for the ticket. Niet, Mr. Lieberman. The US is W_SP country, and you followed that with a completely unveiled reference when you said, "The W-SP will take money from the J_WS and when it real time to occupy the White House the W_SP will give the J_WS the boot."
Can you imagine any politician in the United States referring to Wasps giving Jews 'the boot'? I can't!! Any politician who spoke that would be savaged by members of both parties.
What you apparently do not realize is that no one in this country talks about 'Wasps' and 'Jews' in this manner. It is beyond political correctness. It is commiting political suicide.
And just so you don't fly off the handle, you should also know that it would be equally wrong to say that a Jew gave a Wasp the boot. Racial allusions simply aren't maid in this country anymore, not in public anyway.
I still doubt that you are a US citizen, or if you are one, you are one of the increasingly rare insensitive clods that still infest the backwaters of our great country.
So sorry, but you made an incredible faux paux in your post and you're evidently too stupid or misinformed to realize it.
You better check your citizenship papers again. Were they written on the back of a Crackerjack box? If so, I suggest you not try to vote in the next election. |
