Someone raised a POET question as part of the HDSL-2 discussion at the Level One breakout session on Tuesday morning at the RS semiconductor conference. Bob Pepper responded by saying that their engineers had analyzed POET and found believe that it won't work because the Adtran engineers overlooked something in the original design of the architecture. As a result, POET will not be part of the product their consortium is developing. everal others in the audience made comments, no one disagreed. If the info is wrong and the stock has fallen in reaction to those comments, could be a buying opportunity.
