Hi Frank,

Don't think I saw it posted here, but there was a general article in the NYTimes today about the situation in S. Korea.Seems that 57.4% of S. Koreans have broadband and they seem to be spending a larger portion of their income on it.

CEO of Korea Telecom was quoted as saying: "The money is in the pipes."

Brief mention of a broadband bill in Congress that would result in $2 billion in tax breaks over 10 years.

What's the hold up?
