At work, we have been developing one for several years, beginning in EMEA with alternatives to 3G. As it is a sales tool, the sources of information come mainly from customers ;-0

I was offered an opportunity to check the tool out, and have some NFL city fiber data that I want to check against competitive access alternatives like Narad and Terabeam.
