Fineman's piece is interesting. I have little doubt that the Dems will use Clinton in the 04 campaign but it's certainly not clear just how.

Many Dems argue that their losses stem from the numbers of folk who no longer go to the polls. Far more Dems in those numbers than Reps. And Clinton has great draw among those African Americans that don't go to the polls.
