Are you out of your mind, if you think Arafat plays no role in the current wave of suicide bombers you're seriously asleep at the wheel. Or are you playing a semantics game... certainly he promised not to use terror tactics when he signed on to the Oslo accord, but promise or not, he employs and directs suicidal terror against Israel.
