Analysts said Hi3G is off to an aggressive start. "These are pretty low prices," said
Sven Skoeld, an operator analyst at Hagstroemer & Qviberg in Stockholm. "It appears
to me that they are being more aggressive than they've said before."

A shortage of handsets from supplier NEC Corp. , though, is likely to slow subscriber
growth. Because of this services are being offered initially only in the Stockholm,
Gothenburg and Malmoe areas, Bannister said.

will we really open up across Sweden."
