The length of time between my answer and your question will have given me time to do a "google", but, for once, I knew the correct response ... the nutz were NOT all (either one or two) distended .... "cut proud" .. is a term also used sometimes to denote a similar (diff, too) situation ..... an erection and dissemination of semen during ejaculation is possible, even tho the testicles are not hanging in the sack .... hey ...
