not comparable. these deals he's doing make strategic sense. it doesn't strike me that he is overpaying as every company he buys generates free cash. usai will have $1b of fcf this year on around 700 m shares. that's not an outrageous valuation at $33. there must be some frauds out there ready to crap, no? <g>

ps: btw study this guy over the years. he gets wealthier and the shorts don't.
