Your system certainly seems to generate substantial profits with Lettuce Pretend Corp. (LPC)

In truth, though, preliminary tests (by a team of SEC investigators) do show it to be an interesting system. It does a great job of signaling the bottom and top in AMTX's breakout. With MU, it catches its breath a bit going upstairs.
But it gets you back in quickly when it flags too soon -- witness ATMS and AMES, I'm a little concerned about all the signals it gives, as in the case of INTC.

I'm reading your piece in the TAINJ book now ("Some Fundamental Properties of Some Common Indicators") and enjoying all the little turns of phrase, such as: "but it's close enough for government work." You have a wonderful writing style. "Interlocking stacks of conditional 'if' statements" is just one example. My next job will be to convert your system into a binary system. What is a black box without a coat of bright paint and some glittering worthless stones to make it attractive to the tourist trade?

As for simplicity, Henry Adams put it simply: "Simplicity is the most deceitful mistress that ever betrayed man."
