I believe that column made the WP - not certain though. We already know why it didn't receive wider coverage. The only context one is allowed to discuss teachers is that they are underpaid and there are not enough of them... An article discussing the corruption pervading teacher's unions could be grounds for banishment. Could one ever imagine Alter penning an article on that topic??? He could fall off the JohnM credibility rankings list entirely if he exposed anyone left of center - whereas if he sticks to Bennett types he stays in the top 10.
