Best get ready for that strategy, the one of depicting Bush as the captive of right wing extremists and, in addition, just finished the new Hersh article in The New Yorker, thanks to Bill's post, in addition the captive of a secretive cabal of Straussian academics, the neocons. well, then there's the captive of the rich scenario as well.

The case will hinge on a great deal of what happens between now and then. But bet on it being the centerpiece of the effort.

It will be fascinating to see how the various strategists move the pieces around to counter one another. Kerry has one of the great Dem strategists in Shrum; and, of course, Bush, has one in Rove.
