Yes, you're on a roll here, but consider this -- suppose that Congress instituted a flat tax or a sales tax instead of an income tax -- that would shoot the charitable trust scam all to ruins. Generations of rich kids would have to get real jobs.

Anybody who doesn't understand what a gravy train these things are for many generations of rich descendents isn't paying full time and attention.

When you see Warren Buffett and Bill Gates trying to talk Congress out of something in the tax code -- hold onto your wallet, it's going to be a bumpy flight.
