No - all it really means is that Bill Bennet is an old fashioned hypocrite. Do as I say but not as I do. I don't think so. When a man climbs onto his high horse and tells all the world how to behave he should expect to be knocked off when he engages in irresponsible behavior himself. Bill Bennet looks like a fool because his is one.
