Again, you can't bring somebody to justice who is protected by a state that doesn't believe in justice.

Bomb their kids, you're right, no. That goes too far.

Bomb their houses, perhaps. If people are willing to give their lives to kill you, you have to get at them (or their potential emulators) in other ways. If it is possible that the practice of destroying the houses of suicide bombers will deter even a few from doing the act and subjecting their families to such treatment, it may be a legitimate act.
