I pretty much have the same thoughts as you - which is why I've unloaded my TBond long and don't have a currency futures position.

I still think over the next three months that the markets will fall. Business is not improving in large-cap America, and it has to be priced in.

My main concern for the Euro is purely technical - a lot of people have probably joined the long bandwagon, they need to get flushed out violently before the next rise can occur.
