Here's the info on SEDI that I have

SEDI, the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders, is an on-line system adopted by jurisdictions that have insider reporting requirements to receive company insiders' reports of trades in those companies' securities. Public information from the reports will be published to the SEDI web site (www.sedi.ca) for broad and timely public access.

The system will be launched in steps, first bringing issuers on-line starting May 5, 2003, then bringing insiders on-line starting June 9, 2003. As of June 9, insider trade reports to all Canadian securities jurisdictions will be made via SEDI, eliminating paper-based reporting systems for virtually all insider trades.
