I cannot speak for the Palestinians or the Isra'Elis, but a step in the proper direction would be a team of International countries who would, by consensus, arrive at a workable solution that the Palestinians and Isra'Elis agree to. This is not what the Isra'Elis want. Our Government has been compromised by bribery and guilt and have shielded the Isra'Elis, armed them, and finances them. The Isra'Elis idea of the "Quartet" is for the United States to do the negotiating and monitoring and the other three to provide humanitarian aid. David Grossman on Bill Moyer's show "Now" said as much. pbs.org len
