25 million shares of CSCO have been traded in after hours and increasing. That kind of volume can only be from heavy holders (ie. funds). When funds begin to fund, they pre-negotiate a price with the dealers. The dealer is then put in a position to have to hold the price until that inventory is exhausted. If the 25 million had a bias towards the long side you would see a large positive impact on the stock. CSCO is down about 10 cents in after hours, with fast increasing volume, and indication that fund selling is not done yet. Likely scenario for CSCO and the market tomorrow: DOWN.
