You mention that the Palestinians can't get a deal negotiating with the US and Israel. Well ok, fair enough. Would you mind elaborating a bit and tell us all who the Palestinians should negotiate with to get a fair deal?

It's quite simple, really. The UN could enforce its resolutions. The general consensus internationally (UN 242) is that Israel gets 3/4 of the land, and the Palestinians get 1/4. The populations are about equal and the Palestinians were there first, so this is a very pro-Israel solution. Yet, the Palestinians have already agreed to it (3 decades ago). If the U.S. would stop vetoing UN actions, that would solve the dispute.
