RE: Renaissance Capital position: I doubt that they are exercising for common stock. It's not their style. But they have no reason to tell me if they are. I got the 20 million common shares estimate from the company as the figure to use if everything is converted. But I really don't think this is a time to be concerned about dilution. It's a time to be concerned about the company's ability to ramp up to meet demand. The really big orders will be lost if TPRO can't put enough personnel into the field. Companies have to get compliant, and if TPRO can't execute, they'll spend even greater sums on alternate strategies. So lets hope TPRO is spending like crazy to ramp up. The ramp up could make Q1 EPS negative. But so what? More shares outstanding will make the EPS loss smaller.
