CNC trade an average of 1.51 mil per day (Yahoo) and has been at 40 + or - since February. That means that of the 179 mil outstanding about 150 have traded in the 40 range. Although I'm fairly new at this (3 years) doesnt that seem to indicate a very solid base and we should be ready to some big time upward movement with upgrades, continued good earnings etc. Or is my logic flawed. Appreciate whatever counsel, thanx in advance
