It is a DEVELOPED country anyway. Its per capita income is there for every one in the world to see. While China, after 150 years of Imperialists robbery, and Japanese invasion, and then civil war, was in such a devastating state in 1949. As a matter of fact, it is a pure miracle for China become what it is now after only 50 years. "Incompetent"? That is a very ignorant word to use here. enough said. don't think worth of arguing.
