If that report is ever PROVEN to be true, I would guess that will SEAL the present French Governments fate once and for all. To offer SAFE HAVEN for KNOWN ALLEGED WAR CRIMINALS is NO DIFFERENT then if they would have done the same for HITLER and his crew. The WHOLE WORLD will likely boycott France causing a tumbling of the Government. jdn
