Does not seem possible since AIDS patients are immunosuppressed and are highly susceptible to a virus like aids.Also antibiotics are made for bacterial infections,not viruses.Viruses are normally slowed by vaccines and anti-viral drugs.This is just basic microbiology.Do you have links to back up your statements.As far my statements,take a look in any microbiology book.There are better explanations awaiting you.
