Paul. Re: SAP. From the CPQ thread SAP is a very difficult software system to implement. CPQ has embraced it for their company and is a key part of their reengineering effort. It may play a role in the "build to order" system too. FYI, as I understand it, Dell tried SAP but abandoned the project after sinking $100 million in it. HL
