Jim and/or anyone else??? At one time there was a fair amount (lot?) of conjecture about the number/placement of "lawyers" on the Rambus FTC case who were ex-Micron or other memory-makers legal staff. Is there any fact behind this allegation? and if so, when/how will that information be given the light of day in the FTC's case vs RMBS??? Nothing like having the deck stacked against you. The full legal weight of the federal gummamint CAN be onerous and 'tricky'....
