There is another advantage here of having the guy we actually ELECTED in the White House instead of Gore. The solution to a France-which has a LONG-TERM record of disregarding terrorism, economic incompetence, oppression, and other qualities in third-world governments that give the LIE to the post WWII theory that de-colonization and "self-determination" were strategically wise-is not to confront them either economically or militarily, but simply to EXPOSE them publicly. The left wing media in America and around the world has ALWAYS failed to do this, because they have ALWAYS been distracted by their HATE for America, which dominates their journalistic being.
Previous administrations have ALSO been reluctant to expose the corruption and danger of European and other countries, due to their error in believing that such exposure would make them "unpopular"-a useless drum that our own left still likes to bang on.
The fact is that such exposure strengthens the public opposition in countries like France to a fatally-flawed government like that of Chirac. And, post 91101, Bush is not afraid to let lose the forces of truth in the world, just as he has in America (much to the frustration of our OWN left). Bringing such matters as the Global Warming Fraud, terrorism support, and missile defense out of "left-wing religion" status and back to rational debate is beneficial, not only to Americans, but to freedom-loving peoples everywhere-who's voices have been stifled by the left wing media for decades... |
