As of now, as of the death rate in China, I still think 7% is a safe bet! And Guangdong has had NO sars death for the last 12 days, if not longer. and right now it stands at 3.72%. and its recovery rate 85%.

The sars death rate in Beijing is a little higher than Guangdong, right now is 5.4%, and there are a lot of factors contribute to this, and since there are too many new cases in Beijing, so it is hard to say which way the death rate will go. Although one thing for sure, it won't be too much higher because 90% of sars patients in Beiing is younger than 60 years of age.

There are some fundamental differences in how to treat SARS patients bet. mainland China, and other regions/nations. And I know you think those remedies are all "rubbish", but apparently, they works.
