reports that firm booked order backlog has reached record levels after
being awarded $1.6 million dollars in additional orders from L-3
Communications' (NYSE:LLL) Link Simulation and Training division for
visual display systems and accessories for the Navy F/A-18 and Air
Force F-16 full-mission trainers for delivery over the next 12 months.
The trainers provide for a typical range of training maneuvers -
from formation flight, air refueling, weapons delivery, air-to-air and
air-to-ground combat, emergency procedures, and take-off landings.
VDC Display Systems provides its customized, visual-display
solutions to the military and industrial training, command and
control, design centers and 3-D virtual reality markets, and to the
