James, As we well know the Axis of Weasel(France, Russia and Germany) desperately need two things:
1 Old debts from before the war need to be paid.France and Germany have rottne economies, full of over paid workers and unemployed workers because they are run to please the unions who have never ending greed. France and German face economic collapse anyway as more efficient easter bloc and other ECM countries out compete them. ALready they are trying to expand their concept of highly paid unionised economies throughout the ECM.
Remember a bad job pays too little, A bad job also pays too much and is bad for the economy.
2 Lots of those debts were for banned items, oops, dual use items, that have a banned aspect and they want these facts concealed because once they are known there is no way the USA will allow cash flow to pay for those assorted weapons to go to the Axis of Weasel.
