That's right, Venezuela does have a record better than average for the region, or for all nations in general, even .... another thing, is that the MEM has never rescinded a valid contract with a company in its history .... this was pointed out in defense of kry.to a few weeks ago ..... here it is from the kry release of 11 april - '...They further stated that in the history of Venezuela, there has never been a single case where the government failed to honour commitments to mining, petroleum or telecommunications companies.'

So maybe it doesn't matter so much to the project, what happens in government ..... that would be the normal state, as the great majority of real life takes place on far more concrete levels than those showing up in the headlines ..... still, it's what the bankers think that matters, and you know for sure they subscribe to the newspapers

Suppose the MEM approves, which seems to the direction we're headed - then what? ... the proposal itself won't constitute a bankable feasibility [?], so how much will it cost to do one up?
