Does anyone know a good hotel REIT with a big position in NYC hotels ? Read in the NY Times that NYC is jammed with tourists and rooms can be hard to find. Article also said that room rates have risen 39% in 4 years. Thinking that a NYC hotel REIT might show a nice 3Q surprise after the summer tourists leave half their life savings in the Big Apple. Thanks for your help. John
