andrew, You can find the news release on the private placement at
biz.yahoo.com. Acoording to IBD the Float is
6 million shares.

The scary thing here is I share the same confidence you do in this baby. I got early last week at 5 1/2. Keep trying to find something that tells me i not right about this one, but cant. (best I can do is the private placement)
