Kim Jong Il will eventually be forced to recognize that the only way in which his government will obtain economic support is if he stops his belligerent rhetoric and opens up his economic sector to eventual change. Bush simply won't bow to nuclear blackmail

The NKs are finding that they can sell drugs and weapons to support their regime, just like a Colombian cartel.

The problem with the suggestion that we punish the buyers of the weapons is that the truly dangerous ones are shadowy.

It seems that we'll be in a protracted negotiation with NK while they do their thing, make a few bombs.

Not sure that there are any good options.
