A semblance of world order is coming together

I don't think there is enough information available to do more than speculate on this subject. The U.S. is in the process of passing out rewards, punishing those with reservations, and patting itself on the back. This will naturally be a time in which other countries reflect upon their priorities and alliances.

On the whole I see the world is dividing up into two increasingly hostile nuclear armed camps as a more likely scenario than the whole world deciding it would be pleased to be the U.S. vassel states.
