I never said it did. You repeatedly neglected to answer the question. I will tell you the other half since you are the one without a clue. when the Euro was created, fair value was expected to be at 1.17 Euro/buck. It is almost back to fair value. you going to jump off a cliff now?

It would be nice in the future if you are going to rant, criticize and insult to actually have one iota of fact or content to back you up.
