Hi Will and Michael I'm sorry, I haven't been paying much attention to the markets of late. Been spending my time trying to get my particular lost-cause technology from going the way of button shoes <g>. I assume GaN will continue to roll into more applications but will be hard to make money from unless someone comes up with some great protectable idea that everyone's gotta use. GaAs, InP etc. will continue to face challenges from the bad economy and the silicon folks but should be able to develop some technological momentum of it's own since it's been mainstream in some apps for a while now. How's that for a useless shotgun blast to the heavens? <gg> JF
