The "yawn" was for the question-tactic "are you happy with.."
Afghanistan, deserts and mountains, no rain, nothing to earn a living on except by
more or less illegal means, can easily revert back to "what it was", as it has done before.
That was one of the major points already before the NATO attack, as it was back in 1980.
At the moment this risk is actually higher than before, as irrigation systems has been
destroyed, etc.. and additionally pipelines are being layed out, jobs,income for some, but
not for others.. very simple stuff.. |
